I am proud to be an MSTR® instructor and love using the technique in my own practice, the results of which continue to blow me away.

I have worked as a holistic health practitioner for around 15 years, currently specialising in the Bowen Technique and Reflexology, and I find that MSTR® fits really well alongside these modalities.  My background is in Mental Health where I worked for almost twenty years, before leaving my nursing career to focus on my own holistic therapy business.

MSTR® is often described as the missing link for therapists, and I stand by that – frequently it has proven to be invaluable in getting to the root cause of a problem for a client, often when least expected.  It can also have a huge effect on the emotions surrounding the scar and the events which created it, and it is a privilege to be able to help clients move away from difficult feelings towards a place of acceptance through treating their scars.  I also love the fact that although it is a technique designed for scars, it is increasingly being used successfully for other issues where fibrous tissue and adhesions can be felt, such as plantar fasciitis and shoulder issues.

It is such a simple technique to learn and apply with amazing results, and a fabulous addition to your toolkit and your business, whatever modalities you specialise in.  Whether you choose to learn online or on a one-day workshop, I promise that you will be excited by the results you achieve in your own practice too.

Many thanks,

Student feedback:
"Enthusiastic, knowledgeable and patient, Rachel took time to make sure we all understood - was good that it was a small group and everyone was able to ask questions and offer up their own experiences. Brilliant instructor. Wonderful to see even after a single session the effect of MSTR on scar tissue." ~ J.E. - United Kingdom
