My passion is helping people move better, feel better, and heal faster.
I am one of a limited number of McLoughlin Scar Tissue Release® (MSTR®) Instructors worldwide and one of only a few instructors in the United States. In addition to working with clients, I teach MSTR® practitioners throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
My background combines scar therapy, Neurokinetic Therapy®, Pilates rehabilitation, corrective exercise, Active Isolated Stretching, and energy-based healing approaches. This integrated perspective allows me to look beyond symptoms and identify underlying patterns that may be contributing to pain, restricted movement, balance issues, breathing limitations, and functional compensation.
Every client begins with a detailed evaluation where I take time to understand their history, goals, surgeries, injuries, and movement patterns. Many of my clients arrive after years of unsuccessful treatments elsewhere. Together, we create a personalized plan designed to restore mobility, reduce discomfort, improve function, and help them return to the activities they enjoy most.
I have worked with clients ranging from children to adults in their 80s, including healthcare professionals, athletes, neurological clients, and individuals recovering from surgery or trauma.
